THE VENUE

The Montana Homestead is a perfect blend of modern and rustic vibes which sets a refreshing tone for a tech-free getaway. Our venue is 10.25 acres with over 2 acres of manicured lawn and 8 acres of forest. We can comfortably host up to 200 guest events. The pasture is used for parking and can accommodate up to 70 cars.

The 3000 sq ft cabin includes 2 levels consisting of 6 bedrooms plus 1 queen hide a bed, sleeping 14 in beds. There are also 5.5 bathrooms. We can easily accommodate 14 guests for lodging; any additional guest has additional fees. We allow campers, RVs, and tents on an approval basis.

We have a three-day minimum. When booking we ask you to keep in mind that the check-in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am. Many guests have extended one extra day after the event to assure that they had plenty of time to clean up and restore the property.

WEDDINGS

We require you to rent the cabin for the days of your event. Our venue property can host up to 200 guests with up to 70 cars parking in the pasture. We require all events to be pre-approved and we offer a walk through to discuss your individual needs for your event. We can also provide “day of” service and wedding planning services. If you would like us to provide recommendations for vendors, we are more than happy to do so!

We require porta potty rentals based on your guest count, i.e. (1) up to 50 guests, (2) up to 100 guests. We require garbage removal from you (no charge) or us (small fee). Montana Homestead does not require you to use a catering service or bar service at our venue. You are welcome to bring your own food, your own caterer, or your own liquor/bar service. Our kitchen prep area includes a large sliding door cooler and chest freezer.

Our wedding event fee begins at $1,000 per event day and includes: (1) porta potty, (10) 6’ rectangle tables, (2) large signs to use to direct your parking, and mowing of the pasture for parking.
